The use of digital technologies such as Internet Things (IoT) and smart meters induces a huge data stack in facility management (FM). However, the analysis techniques has remained limited to converting available into information within activities performed FM. In this context, business intelligence analytics (BI&A) can provide promising opportunity elaborate performance discover measurable new FM key indicators (KPIs) since existing KPIs are too crude actual facilities.
